I will give a rundown for what makes a good and supportive community. What the developers should keep in mind when starting to build one and what are the common pitfalls and things one needed to watch out for. 

We will also talk about good moderation practises and tools one can use to supplement their communities.

You will learn how the basics of building up your community from scratch. How to pick your moderators, what tools you should use and overall activities to keep the players invested in your game/company.
